Live Music Saturdays at the Lion!
We’ve had live music at the Red Lion for over 20 years, and we still get a different band every Saturday night. We’ve had hard rockers, soft acoustic sets, folk, jazz and more, and even the Morris Men show up for a sing song now and again! And you obviously like what we’re doing, because the bands tell us what a great crowd you all are!
So whatever you’re into, check the listings and we’ll see you on Saturday. About nine o’clock, okay?

Do Summit!
Nigel and few of the regulars have forned a new fundraising group to raise funds for 2 great charities; Helen & Douglas House and the Livingstone Tanzania Trust.
Do Summit will be hosting fundraising events throughout the year leading up to the big finale of climibing Mount Kilimanjaro.
The first event is the Launch Party on Feb 10th at the town hall. It will be a great night with some fantastic entertainment. Tickets are available from the bar and for more info please visit facebook.com/dosummit
